| Richard McCullough, Founder / CEO, En101, INC. |  Richard has been working on the "inside" of the Internet Marketing industry for over 12 years. During those years, he wrote many computer training manuals that have been translated into many languages, and sold in over 120 countries around the globe and has been involved in the design, development and implementation of many innovative Internet products. He brought the best of his ideas to En101.
In 2000, he met his future wife, Karin - who spoke no English. Richard spoke no Spanish. The international language of love prevailed, and the seed of En101 was planted. Over the next several years, the idea of One World, One Language evolved.
In 2003, Richard, together with his wife Karin (Vice President of En101,Inc) began working on the concept full time and ultimately brought together some of the most talented individuals in their respective fields.

Paul Mandelt, President, En101
|  Paul began his career as an Electronics Technician in the British Army. He later moved to Australia with his wife and two children where he worked in Energy Research for twelve years.
Paul has built and operated a conventional business from
scratch. He eventually sold it after 5 years and took up Networking full time.
In 1999 Paul found a company that turned his belief into reality. Thus began his friendship with
Richard McCullough and his current involvement with En101.com.

Mary Mandelt, Director of Education, En101

Mary has been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) for almost 20 years. She began her teaching career as a Primary School Teacher and later progressed to teaching ESL in High Schools and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to overseas students in higher educational institutes.
She was ESL coordinator for 10 years at a high school in Perth prior to taking up a teaching position in Hong Kong.
She holds a Diploma in Teaching (Dip. T.) A Graduate Diploma of Arts, Language Studies. (Grad Dip
Arts). Royal Society of Arts Diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language ( RSA Dip. TESOL).
Mary is looking forward to the challenge of creating the lessons for En101.com.
